The Fort la Reine Museum is located on the east edge of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. Dedicated to preserving and showcasing the history of the Canadian prairies, the museum consists of over 25 buildings and thousands of artifacts including native, military, and agriculture related pieces.

The Manitoba Agricultural Museum is located on a 50 acre site and has over 30 buildings that range from mills and mansions to old log cabins. Almost all of these historic buildings can be toured from the inside to provide a first hand experience of the history of rural life in Manitoba.

Dufferin Historical Museum is located at Kings Park in Carman, Manitoba. With a fantastic collection of pioneer artifacts, visitors will learn about the early settlers to the area and their life experiences.
Outside the Dufferin Historical Museum, visitors can enjoy the beautiful King's Park or a swim in Carman's Pool.
