Science East is New Brunswick’s only science centre with over 100 hands-on exhibits. The Centre is located in the former York County Jail. This historic building has been preserved. The cells now house interactive exhibits, lectures, workshops and demos. Jail artifacts that present the histories of some of the more notorious inmates are located in the basement cells.
