Doors Open Toronto is an annual event hosted by the City of Toronto and several public & private organizations to offer visitors a rare glimpse into some of the most popular and historic locations throughout the city.

Sharon Temple

The Sharon Temple is a national historic site and museum in the village of Sharon that was built from 1825 to 1832. The site is home to a collection of restored buildings and displays pioneer artifacts and historic items related to the sect.

Alton Mill Arts Centre

Beaver River Museum

The Beaver River Museum provides visitors with a glimpse into the early settlers' lives during the 1850s to 1900s. The museum has restored the town's stone jail with its three cell lockups, a log cabin and a brick-veneered frame home. The frame Meeting Place building has displays, archives, and a meeting room with guided museum tours available.
