Art Gallery of Peterborough

The Art Gallery of Peterborough is a small gallery located on Little Lake that caters to local artists and talent. When you visit the gallery, you will have the option to take a guided tour or even take part in a workshop. This gallery also offers a unique opportunity to rent or buy original work from regional artists for your home or business. The gallery is located in a house that was built in the early 20th century and the surrounding parkland is home to the summer Festival of Lights.

National Gallery of Canada

The National Gallery of Canada is located in the capital city Ottawa, Ontario.  The Gallery is housed in a glass and granite building on Sussex Drive with a notable view of the Canadian Parliament buildings on Parliament Hill. The acclaimed structure was designed by Moshe Safdie and opened in 1988.  It is one of Canada’s premier art galleries.  It’s one of the world’s most respected art institutions, renowned for exceptional collections, and unique ability to engage audiences of all ages and all levels of artistic knowledge.
