The Blue Mountain Scenic Caves are located less than two hours north of Toronto in the Town of the Blue Mountains. Visitors to the area can take part in a self-guided hike along the trails through the caves and caverns or across the longest suspension bridge in Ontario rising 300 metres in elevation and 126 metres long. This exciting and thrilling tour should take about 2 hours to complete.

Once inside the labyrinth of caves and crevices you can't help but feel a connection with the Petun people who once used these very caves as protection and shelter from the weather and their enemies. For the more adventurous, you can decend into the ice cave that is so deep and cold that snow and ice can usually be seen even in the early summer.
