Bowmanville Zoo is Canada's oldest privately owned zoo with 42 scenic acres of untamed, natural parkland.
Children will get the opportunity to ride an elephant or camel, feed wildlife, and see animals which have appeared in movies, TV shows, and in commercials. Visit the Animal's Splash Bash for a chance to get wet and cool down. Perfect for all ages.
Check out Bowmanville Zoo's 400-seat indoor Animatheatre, it's one of two animal specific indoor theatre venues in the world.
