Chocolate Museum
The Chocolate Museum is a Canadian First, located in the Town of St. Stephen and is a not-for-profit organization. The museum opened in June 1999 and presents the story of brothers James and Gilbert Ganong, whose candy making company was built in the late 1800s and continues today.
The Museum offers an indoor experience with hands-on exhibits and demonstrations. The museum showcases collections of historic chocolate boxes, antique candy-making equipment, and a computer program that explains how chocolate and candies are currently made.

The Museum was just renovated last yera and know you can actually see the chocolates being hand dipped most of the time by actual employees. Great process and amazing to see.
