Cypress Provincial Park

Cypress Provincial Park sits high above West Vancouver with the backdrop of the North Shore Mountains. The park covers 3,012 hectares, including the Howe Sound Crest Trail. Visitors to the park can enjoy many activities including cycling, hiking, downhill skiing and more.

What makes Cypress Provincial Park a true gem is it's outstanding views. On a clear day, visitors can see the metropolitan area of Vancouver, Mount Baker, the Gulf Islands and Vancouver Island with Georgia Strait.

Cypress Provincial Park has been chosen to host the freestyle skiiing and snowboarding competitions for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. For more information, please visit the official BC Parks website.
