Elmvale Jungle Zoo was established in 1967 and it originally was on two acres. The Zoo was exhibiting mainly birds and reptiles at the time, but over the years has grown to 25 acres and includes more than 300 animals from around the world, such as Australia, South America, Africa and Asia.
The Elmvale Jungle Zoo offers exciting and educational outdoor adventures. You can walk along shaded and winding trails or see the live interactive presentations of reptiles and other animals. View majestic lions, tigers, jaguars, monkeys, lemurs, and rare exotic birds. The Zoo allows you to touch a python, boa constrictor or a monitor lizard.
