As Canada's fastest half-mile harness horse racing track, Flamboro Downs has been a popular destination in Hamilton since 1975. Located on Highway #5, Flamboro Downs spans 220 acres including the racetrack facilities and the main building with slots, restaurants, and convention areas. Horse races are generally held five days a week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
In adddition to the horse racing, Flamboro Downs offers over 750 slot and video poker machines which can be enjoyed day and night.
