New Year's Day Levee

The Maritime Museum will welcome in 2010 with its annual New Year's Day Levee.

The Bastion Square landmark will be open FREE to the public from 11a.m.-3 p.m. Everyone is welcome to come and drink hot apple cider and explore one of Victoria's best kept secrets.

"Back by popular demand, the Quicksbottom Morris dancers will perform a Mummers Play. For the first time at the Maritime Museum, the women's line Island Thyme Morris will perform a sword dance. Come and be entertained by these fabulous traditional English groups!"
