Montreal Botanical Gardens

The Montreal Botanical Garden is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada comprising 185 acres (748,668 square meters) of thematic gardens and greenhouses. The garden contains over 20,000 different plant species in 31 specialized gardens, including the largest Chinese Garden outside Asia and a Japanese Garden with a tearoom and a bonsai collection. The garden is also home to a Insectarium and a botanical research institution.

Visitors to The Montreal Botanical Garden can visit The First Nations Garden that is populated with Canadian plants such as the maple, birch, and pine trees. It has several totem poles and exhibits. Other gardens include The Alpine Garden, The Japanese Garden and The Chinese Garden.
