The Montreal Insectarium was first opened in 1990. A unique and dedicated attraction, the Montreal Insectarium is host to over 400,000 visitors every year and showcases the more misunderstood creatures we share the earth with. From butterflies to furry spiders and beetles to giant walking sticks, the Insectarium is guaranteed to leave visitors in awe. Each exhibition is carefully designed to educate visitors about insects and arthropods from around the world.

The Montreal Insectarium remains one of the premiere tourist attractions in the Montreal area.
