Northumberland Provincial Park
Northumberland Provincial Park is located 3 km east of Wood Islands ferry terminal. The park is located within the Points East Coastal Drive touring region.
The park offers visitors a nature trail that offers insight into the natural area of this park. The trail is an introduction into the varied flora and fauna native to the Island. Visitors can swim in the Ocean beach with lifeguards or do some clam digging or bird watching. The Cliff swallows burrowing nests along the shore which are popular to the visitors of the park.
Visitors to the park can camp in the camping cabins with electricity offered or at the campground with 76 acres of campground with 9 flush toilets, and 4 hot showers.
