Papanack Park Zoo is a family owned and operated facility that has been in operation since the early 1980s.  Located just east of Orleans on Highway 174, Papanack Park Zoo offers visitors a world of wildlife including many kids of exotic birds and animals. Residents of the zoo include wolves, black bears, lynx, baboons, llamas, goats, racoons, fox, snow leopards, hyenas, siberian tigers, ducks, geese, swans, and many more.

During the months of September and October, a special "Night Safari" is available at Papanack Park Zoo on Saturday nights that exposes visitors to the nocturnal activities of the animals. The tour begins at 7:00pm sharp.
