Located at the mouth of the Cole Harbour Salt Marsh, Rainbow Haven is the most popular supervised beach in Nova Scotia. During the summer months, thousands of visitors flock to the 1000 metre long beach to enjoy the crashing waves of the ocean and the sandy beach. Facilities at Rainbow Haven beach include change rooms, showers, beach volleyball courts and boardwalks.
