Springwater Farm

Experience the farm life in rural Prince Edward Island with hosts, George and Melaney Matheson and daughters Ila and Rae. Springwater Farm demonstrates all aspects of their farming operation. At the farm they grow hay and sell square bales of hay and straw. They raise sheep and sell sheepskin and wool products.
Springwater Farm offers Hay rides that head out across the fields pulled by an antique tractor. While on board you will learn about agriculture, be offered a snack, and make a stop at a unique bubbling spring. Hay rides are by appointment. Check site for Hay ride rates. At the Farm you can feed the sheep, do some gardening, or do some berry picking. You can make hay, or walk through the fields and woodland trails.
Springwater offers two types of rooms to their guests. Guests have the option of using the rooms for an overnight Bed and Breakfast or stay for a Farm week Vacation.
