Storyland

Founded in 1966 by a young couple from the Netherlands, Storyland has now become a top destination in the Ottawa Valley. Storyland creates a fairytale atmosphere that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. The park contains many different activities and attractions which can easily occupy an entire day. Some of the main attractions include:

• Fairytale Trail which winds through the entire park with a fairytale and nursery rhyme theme including Cinderella's Pumpkin Carriage and Humpty Dumpty's wall.
• Alice's Tea Party: A full theatrical show complete with singing and dancing where Alice in Wonderland's tea party is re-created for Storyland's visitors.
• Windmill Pond: A small pond complete with windmill and waterfalls where visitors can enjoy a leasurely paddle boat ride.
• Off Road Rally: This area is home to a miniture race track where the kids can drive their own miniature trucks.
• The Magic Midway offers the latest and greatest carnival style rides.
• Champlain Lookout: This is one of the highest points along the entire Ottawa River Valley and offers views over 40km in any direction.
• Slip'n & Slide'n: Storyland's two storey high water slide and splash pool.
• Old MacDonald's Farm: Storyland's petting bard where visitors can interact with barnyard animals.
• Mini Golf: A full 18 hole mini-golf course.
