The Whirlpool Aero Car in Niagara Falls is a antique cable car that takes visitors high above the Niagara River to view the Niagara Whirlpool. First constructed in 1913, the Whirlpool Aero Car travels between two points on the Canadian shore of the Niagara River across six sturdy cables. The Whirlpool Aero Car is capable of carrying 35 passengers and a round trip of just over one kilometer takes about 10 minutes. No visit to the falls is complete without enjoying this breathtaking new perspective of the might Niagara River and the Niagara Whirlpool.
