I'm traveling to Saskatchewan, i wanna know so places to visit...
In Saskatchewan, you have Batoche National Historic Site, which was the centre of Louis Riel's government during the 1885 Resistance. Nearby is Prince Albert National Park. Both are near to Saskatoon, which has the Wanuskewin Heritage Park (about the Cree First Nations), Western Development Museum (an indoor historic village), Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park & Zoo (which is a cute little zoo with an astonishing collection of prairie wildlife), and the Bessborough Hotel (one of the "grand railway hotels").
Going south, there is Regina with the Wascana Centre park, Legislature Building and RCMP Heritage Centre. Further south yet is Grasslands National Park, right along the US border. Going west is Moosejaw with the historic tunnels and then Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park and the Fort Walsh & Cypress HIlls Massacre National Historic Site. It was the Cypress Hills Massacre that finally prompted the creation of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
