Located between Kitchener and Stratford in Baden, Ontario, Castle Kilbride stands as a monument to the heritage of Wilmot Township. Castle Kilbride was built in Baden in 1877 by James Livingston and named after his birthplace in Scotland. A tour through Castle Kilbride allows visitors to experience the true Victorian era. On display inside the castle are several period decorated rooms including the majestic main hall, the library, the parlor and formal dining room, and several bedrooms.
