The Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site of Canada was once the largest and leading producer of canned salmon in British Columbia. Built in 1894 in the historic Steveston Village, Cannery is now home to a fishing museum and several interactive exhibits that highlight the important role of this facility throughout the history of British Columbia's West Coast.

The Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site of Canad is one of a very few federally owned National Historic Sites operated by a third party.
