Mount Carleton Provincial Park spans more than 17,000 ha (42,000 acres) and is home to more wild animal species than any other place in the province. A hikers paradise, Mount Carleton Provincial Park provides eleven trails including a wheelchair-accessible trail at Williams Falls and some challenging mountain hikes. From the peak of Mount Carleton, the Maritimes’ highest mountain, you can see over ten million trees. The park offers visitors camping, swimming, boating, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
